- Rental payment for the first rental period is due in advance,
and a signed Rental Contract is necessary before delivery.
- Rental rates are based on 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week;
176 hours per month. Double shifts (8 to 16 hours) are billed
at 1 1/2 times the single rate. Triple shifts (16 to 24 hours)
are billed at two times the single shift rate.
- Customer is responsible for transportation. Delivery and pickup
are available for a charge.
- Credit accounts may be established by completing a credit
application. Please allow 5 days for credit approval.
- Rental rates are subject to applicable local and state taxes.
- Customers are responsible for theft, damage, vandalism, and
abuse to equipment rented. The customer is required to furnish
a certificate of insurance covering the equipment, designating
SES, Inc. as LOSS PAYEE prior to equipment delivery.
- Rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Customer is responsible for daily maintenance, grease, fuel,
oil level, tires, etc. Repairs for damages due to lack of lubricants,
carelessness, etc. will be charged to the renter. Equipment is
to be returned clear or customer will pay a cleaning charge.
- Machines are subject to availability.
- Customer is responsible for returning machine with a full tank
as it was received, or be charged fuel at current SES, Inc.
rate.
- Unless arranged prior to the commencement of the rental, customer
does not have an option to purchase the equipment.
